04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

07 - 1 cup 100% fruit juice such as apple, berry, or orange
08 - 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
09 - 2 to 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
→ Mash-Up Toppings
10 - 1 cup freeze-dried fruit, lightly crushed (e.g., strawberries, raspberries)
11 - 1 cup freeze-dried candy such as Skittles, marshmallows, or similar, crushed or chopped
# Method:
01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to ensure easy removal after chilling.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
03 - Press the oat mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula. Refrigerate to firm up while preparing the gummies.
04 - Pour fruit juice into a small saucepan. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin evenly over the surface and let sit for 5 minutes. Warm gently over low heat, stirring until dissolved. Integrate honey thoroughly then pour into a parchment-lined small baking dish. Refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until set.
05 - Once fully set, slice the gummies into small cubes suitable for topping.
06 - Remove the oat base from the refrigerator. Scatter the gummy cubes, crushed freeze-dried fruit, and freeze-dried candy evenly across the surface. Press gently into the base to secure the toppings.
07 - Chill the entire pan for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to ensure everything is set.
08 - Lift the mixture out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into 12 uniform bars using a sharp knife.
