# Method:
01 - Set oven to 480°F or its highest setting. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the dough to a 12-inch round. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough base, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Distribute the shredded mozzarella evenly across the sauce.
06 - Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion, if using, over the cheese layer.
07 - Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles.
08 - Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
