01 - 4 slices whole grain or sourdough bread

02 - 4 tbsp natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
03 - 2 ripe bananas, sliced

04 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
05 - 2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts
06 - 2 tbsp granola
07 - 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
08 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
09 - Pinch of sea salt
# Method:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each slice while the bread is still warm.
03 - Arrange banana slices evenly over two of the slices.
04 - Drizzle each banana-covered slice with honey or maple syrup.
05 - Sprinkle chopped peanuts, granola, optional chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt over the bananas.
