14 - 4 Italian hoagie rolls or ciabatta rolls, split
15 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

# Method:

01 - Chop all sliced deli meats and cheeses into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chopped meats, cheeses, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, roasted red peppers, black olives, and cucumber.
03 - Whisk mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until fully blended.
04 - Pour dressing over the chopped mixture and toss thoroughly until evenly coated.
05 - Split the rolls and, if preferred, lightly toast them until golden.
06 - Generously fill each split roll with the chopped mixture, serve immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
