01 - 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (510 g)
02 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz/400 g)
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed (55 g)
→ Marshmallows
04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows (100 g)
→ Flavoring
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
# Method:
01 - Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
04 - Quickly fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
07 - Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into 24 squares.
