06 - 7 ounces sliced turkey breast

07 - 2 ounces fresh baby spinach leaves, washed and dried

08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
# Method:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy and unified.
02 - Place one tortilla on the cutting board and evenly coat with one-quarter of the cheese mixture, covering the entire surface.
03 - Arrange approximately 1.75 ounces of sliced turkey in a single layer atop the cheese spread.
04 - Scatter roughly 0.5 ounces of spinach leaves evenly over the turkey.
05 - Roll up the tortilla tightly from one edge, forming a compact log.
06 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling steps with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
07 - Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes to firm for slicing.
08 - Remove wraps, trim ends, and cut each roll into 6 uniform pinwheels using a chef’s knife.
09 - Arrange pinwheels on a platter and present chilled or at ambient temperature.
