01 - 2 boxes (3 oz each) blue raspberry gelatin
02 - 2 cups boiling water
03 - 2 cups cold water

04 - 1 cup mini marshmallows
05 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
06 - 1/2 cup assorted holiday sprinkles or candy snowflakes
07 - 8 clear plastic cups (6–8 oz each)

09 - Gummy candies (bears, penguins, etc.), for decoration
# Method:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Pour in cold water and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
03 - Distribute the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but still soft.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin surface to create a snow effect. Sprinkle candy snowflakes or assorted sprinkles on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for 1 to 1.5 hours until the gelatin is fully firm.
07 - Just before serving, top each cup with whipped cream and decorate with gummy candies as desired.
