01 - 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
02 - 24 small cubes (about 0.4 inch each) cream cheese or cheddar cheese (optional)
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
04 - 2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt

05 - 24 small round red candies (mini cherry tomatoes, red M&Ms, or pomegranate seeds for a healthier option)
06 - 48 mini pretzel twists (for antlers)
07 - 24 mini chocolate chips or edible candy eyes

# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Separate the dough into 24 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a small disc.
03 - Place one cheese cube in the center of each dough disc, then pinch edges around the cheese to seal and shape into a ball.
04 - Position the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the bites are golden brown.
07 - Let the pretzel bites cool for a few minutes before decorating.
08 - Press two mini pretzel twists into the top sides of each bite to create antlers.
