01 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
03 - 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
04 - 1 cup blueberries
05 - 1 cup red grapes
06 - 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
→ Dip
07 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
10 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
# Method:
01 - Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel kiwi and cantaloupe, then slice or cube as required. Hull strawberries and halve each berry.
02 - Thread prepared fruits onto skewers in the following sequence: strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, grape. Repeat until skewers are filled.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract (if desired). Whisk until smooth and creamy.
04 - Place assembled fruit skewers on a serving platter. Accompany with the honey-yogurt dip.
