Ingredients
- Base: 1 cup (150 g) speculoos or gingerbread cookies (crushed into fine crumbs), 1/2 cup (120 g) unsalted butter softened, 2 tbsp (30 ml) sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp (30 ml) whole milk
- Spices & Flavors: 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a food processor pulse the cookies into fine crumbs.
- Step 2:
- Add the softened butter sweetened condensed milk whole milk cinnamon nutmeg ginger vanilla extract and salt.
- Step 3:
- Blend until smooth and creamy scraping down the sides as needed.
- Step 4:
- Taste and adjust spices or sweetness if desired.
- Step 5:
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken before serving.
