# Method:
01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, cooled coffee, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, chia seeds if preferred, and a pinch of salt.
02 - Stir thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until the mixture is smooth and the cocoa powder is dissolved.
03 - Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least 6 to 8 hours to allow the oats to absorb liquid and flavors.
