# Method:
01 - Set oven to 400°F (205°C) and position rack in the center.
02 - Place the halved Brussels sprouts on a large rimmed baking sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, and black pepper until combined.
04 - Pour glaze over Brussels sprouts, tossing thoroughly to ensure even coating.
05 - Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer and roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until golden brown and caramelized.
06 - Transfer to a serving platter and, if desired, garnish with toasted pecans.
