# What You'll Need:
→ Fruit & Dairy
01 - 1 1/2 cups ripe mango, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)
02 - 1 cup plain yogurt (whole-milk or low-fat)
03 - 1/2 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based alternative)
→ Sweetener & Flavors
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
06 - 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
→ For Serving
07 - Ice cubes, about 1/2 cup for a thicker, colder drink (optional)
08 - Pinch ground cardamom or 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios per serving for garnish (optional)
# Method:
01 - If using fresh mango, peel and dice until you have approximately 1 1/2 cups; if using frozen, measure and thaw slightly for easier blending.
02 - Place the mango, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, ground cardamom and lemon or lime juice (if using) into the blender container.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous, scraping down the sides once if needed to ensure even texture.
04 - If you prefer a thicker, colder drink, add the ice (about 1/2 cup) and pulse or blend again until integrated; if too thick, add up to 1–2 tablespoons of milk to loosen.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness or cardamom intensity as desired; add a touch more honey or a pinch more cardamom sparingly.
06 - Divide between two glasses, garnish with a small pinch of ground cardamom or chopped pistachios if using, and serve immediately.
