# What You'll Need:
→ Main Components
01 - 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
→ Seasoning
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
→ Sauce
05 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 3 tablespoons honey
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
# Method:
01 - Pat chicken thighs dry and season evenly with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
02 - Set oven to 375°F and allow to fully preheat.
03 - Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and sear the other side for 3 minutes.
04 - Remove chicken temporarily. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, garlic, honey, cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
05 - Return chicken thighs to skillet, skin side up. Spoon some sauce over each piece. Transfer pan to oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
06 - Baste chicken with pan juices, then let rest 5 minutes before serving.
