01 - 2 cups seedless grapes, green, red, or mixed
→ Lime Sugar
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - Zest of 2 limes
04 - Pinch of fine sea salt, optional

05 - 8 small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks
# Method:
01 - Rinse and thoroughly pat dry the grapes. Remove all stems.
02 - Thread 5 to 6 grapes onto each wooden skewer or cocktail stick.
03 - Place the grape skewers in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper.
04 - Freeze the skewers for at least 2 hours until grapes are solid and frozen.
05 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and if desired, sea salt. Rub zest into sugar with your fingers until mixture is fragrant and thoroughly blended.
06 - After grapes are frozen, gently roll each skewer in the prepared lime sugar, pressing lightly to ensure coating adheres.
07 - Serve immediately for optimal texture or return coated skewers to the freezer until ready to enjoy.
