# Method:
01 - Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, blend sugar and oil until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
03 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring just until incorporated; dough will be sticky.
04 - Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm enough to handle.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
