# Method:
01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
02 - Add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper; cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
03 - Stir in the drained black beans, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are heated through and the mixture is aromatic.
04 - Gently mash some of the beans with the back of a spoon for a thicker consistency if preferred. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
05 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
