# Method:
01 - Place shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly until mixture is uniformly creamy.
02 - Lay one tortilla on a clean surface. Evenly distribute one-quarter of the prepared filling over the tortilla, maintaining a 1/2-inch border around the perimeter.
